Great breakfast selection and variety, and a convenient location in the heart of the city. The rooms were also quite comfortable.
There was a lack of information provided about the check-in process and the staff did not seem very knowledgeable about credit card transactions. This resulted in a long and frustrating check-in experience which put a damper on the start of our Easter vacation.

The breakfast croissants were amazing and the recreation room was a cool spot to chill out in, with free water and tea available until midnight. Conveniently located near subway stations and attractions in the area.
The room was tiny and made it difficult to move around, especially with luggage. No kettle in the room, so we couldn't even enjoy a cup of tea.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room had linoleum floors which we found to be cleaner and the twin beds had built-in USB and power sockets. The location was convenient as it was between two subway stops and near a big supermarket where we could get everything we needed. Also, the staff was friendly and spoke Mandarin or English.
Everything is perfect for us.
